We connect property owners in Pittsburgh and nearby areas, including Mount Washington, Polish Hill, Spring Hill, Lincoln Place, Bon Air and Lawrenceville, with one independent local foundation repair specialist.
What we do
Pittsburgh Foundation Repair Co. is a lead referral service. When you call or send the form, we connect you with one independent local contractor who serves your part of Pittsburgh. That contractor inspects your home, gives you a written price and, if you choose to hire them, does the work.
What we look for in the contractors we refer
Local businesses that work in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County
A current Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration
Proper insurance for the work they do
Written estimates, written contracts and written warranties
Experience with old block, brick and stone basements and hillside homes
A record of treating homeowners fairly
What it costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to use Pittsburgh Foundation Repair Co., and the inspection is free. Contractors pay us for referrals. You decide whether to hire the contractor, and your agreement for the work is directly with them.
